An Effort State has a combination of 2 specific Effort Factors. Each State brings a variety of movement possibilities. States are often natural transitions and are less intense than Drives.
The six States are:
Awake State (Space and Time)
Dream State (Flow and Weight)
Mobile State (Flow and Time)
Remote State (Flow and Space)
Rhythm tate (Weight and Time)
Stable State (Weight and Space)
